Applover is a Full-Stack digital agency from the city of a hundred bridges. Our DNA is to work on technologies for the most dynamic and recognizable start-ups in the national and global market. We started in 2016 as a group of 4 friends and technology enthusiasts, now we are a company built with nearly 60 friends.

We are looking for a person who:

  • has at least two years of experience as a recruiter

  • has experience in IT market (nice to have)

  • has a proactive approach and initiative in actions

  • feels responsible for his/her tasks and manages topics independently (no one will tell you what to do, we expect ideas from you)

  • has high communication skills


  • conducting end-to-end recruitment processes (collecting job requirements, creating an advertisement, preparing the recruitment process, conducting meetings, negotiating with candidates)

  • direct search on LinkedIn (from time to time, we have a dedicated person for that)

  • searching for and creating innovative and creative methods of acquiring candidates, participation in EB activities

  • planning, implementing and taking care of the highest standards of candidate experience

  • taking care, coordination and improvement the onboarding process of new employees

What we offer:

We are a 3-person team in a 60-person company, but we are currently growing (ultimately there will be 6 of us at the moment), so there will be plenty of development opportunities :) Our team deals with all HR areas in the company - recruitment, employee development, onboarding, evaluations , integrations, caring for organizational culture and employee involvement. The duties listed above will constitute about 70% of your time. For the next 20%, you will be brainstorming, running projects and improving HR processes (depending on your interests). You will spend the remaining 10% on self-development tasks :)

Your development can go in different directions:

  • as a recruiter and later recruiting leader responsible for the entire process at Applover

  • as an EB Specialist and receive more tasks in the area of ​​recruitment marketing and employee experience

  • as HR BP and together with our HR Manager take care of HR matters in IT teams (take care of their development, supervise evaluations, help leaders in personnel matters)
