Requirements:

• At least 5+ years of experience in web and mobile UX/UI application design
• Proficiency in Figma + Adobe CC (Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator) 
• Solid knowledge of Design Patterns, ability to create Style Guide and develop existing Design Systems 
• Experience in conducting workshops with clients (foreign and Polish), using workshop methods (creating user stories, user flow, personas etc.). Advising clients on the best solutions from the business side, as well as the entire end-user experience.
• Experience in conducting usability tests, research, data analysis
• Ability to conduct product presentations and to create UX Analyses and UX Audit
• Proficiency at creating auto layouts and components
• Proactive and mature approach to the project process; turning complex problems into simple experiences 
• Ability to work independently, biasing towards action to drive projects forward
• Strong understanding of how design, product, and engineering can work together to ship high quality experiences quickly and at scale
• Paying attention to the project from a business perspective; assessing the usefulness of given functions and helps to set priorities
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Supporting others and actively sharing knowledge and experience 
• Leading with a data driven mindset
• Confidence in using English both in writing and speaking (C1)
• Confidence in using Polish both in writing and speaking (C1)

Nice to have: 

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
• Experience in UI motion and animations

Responsibilities:

• Discovering client’s needs by facilitating workshops and conducting research (with Polish and foreign clients); researching, collecting, and evaluating user requirements
• Taking responsibility for full-life-cycle design of products & features including research, flow, mockups, implementation (in cooperation with our developers), user testing (using components, auto layouts, creating style guide and developing design systems)
• Delivering tangible results in a form of an effective and user-friendly web and mobile interfaces that perfectly combine form with the function
• Identifying and troubleshooting UX/UI problems
