Recruitment at Applover very much depends on the position. Sometimes we ask for an assignment and sometimes we do pair programming sessions. We are still testing what will be the best for us and the candidate. Nevertheless, when you send us your CV, you will get all the necessary information about the recruitment process for the position you are applying for.
The process takes about 1 month depending on the particular recruitment. After sending your CV, you should usually receive information about further recruitment process steps within 3 days.
There are usually 2 interviews during our recruitment process. Our first meeting consists of two parts: a soft part with a person from our HR department and the second part – a technical part with one of our developers. The second interview is a Pair Programming session. Both take about 1 hour.
Our office is located at Świeradowska 77 in Wrocławski Gaj. You can reach us by tram: 31 or 32 and by bus: 136, 145, K. In the vicinity of the office there is a lot of space where you can easily park your car and if you are commuting by bike – we also have a suitable place for them.
At Applover, we have full freedom when it comes to the form of employment. You choose the contract that you prefer.
Of course. Especially in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic, the safety and well-being of our employees is crucial to us. What’s more, the previous lockdown taught us a lot and we know that remote work is very good for us. Therefore, we have also opened up to the recruitment of people who do not necessarily have to come from Wrocław (where our head office is located).
It depends on what kind of work suits you best. If it is problematic for you and you would prefer to avoid it – we will adjust to you. However, if you would like to actively participate in consulting projects with clients, etc., we do not have the slightest problem with it. Our main goal is to make you feel good about the projects you work on.
