You will be part of our Marketing Team.

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B, preferably in the software development industry
Experience working with CRM and sales methodologies
Knowledge of tools: Pipedrive, Hubspot, Linkedin Sales Navigator
English and Polish language minimum C1
Excellent knowledge of Excel and Google Tools
Must be a self-starter who can work well independently and in a team environment
Strong sense of responsibility and independence
Strong customer service skills
Excellent communication skills
Strong email, texting, and follow up skills required
Capability to handle feedback and willingness to work on self-improvement
Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage independently without oversight
Ability to make decisions and work under time pressure

Responsibilities:

Creating a lead generation strategy and implementing planned activities
Acquiring new sales leads and qualifying them
Understanding customer needs and the sales process, creating personas, customer journeys and sales funnels
Establishing contacts with potential clients and arranging business meetings
Using marketing tools to generate leads, e.g. by inviting podcast guests, organizing webinars and other activities that expand the network, using Account Based Marketing techniques
CRM support
Independent achievement of set goals using tools supporting the work of the sales department
Analyzing the results of activities and proposing changes and improvements
