Applover is a Full-Stack digital agency from the city of a hundred bridges. Our DNA is to work on technologies for the most dynamic and recognizable start-ups in the national and global market.

Requirements:

• at least 2 years' experience in a similar position
• experience in organizing company events
• no problem with communicating in English (min. B2)
• fluent written and spoken Polish
• you can work both as a team and single player
• you know the IT or e-commerce market
• you have crazy ideas that would like to implement and test
• excellent communication and copywriting skills
• strong ability to establish and maintain relationships
• you know employer branding tools and strategies and can implement them effectively

Responsibilities:

You will work between two teams - HR and Marketing - and your job will be to look after EB activities and make sure they are consistent between the teams. We have a very autonomous position for you, crucial for the further development of our company with an exceptional climate! :) We are a team that creates an inspiring and friendly working atmosphere. What exactly are you going to do:

• building the organizational culture and thinking about how to strengthen the commitment of our employees (e.g. by organizing company and team-building events, ensuring employee involvement)
• building up the employer's image (organizing external events such as meetups, working with industry portals, seeking speaking opportunities for our employees, ensuring image consistency)
• management of internal communication within the company
• implementing and promoting company values
• supporting the marketing team with social media activities related to EB and recruitment, and updating information about our team on the website sub-site
• figuring out how to promote Applover as a great place to work :)
