Villa Medica is a medicine and rehabilitation center that belongs to the leading centers in Lower Silesia and offers its patients early, continuous and comprehensive rehabilitation. Our client asked us to create a website including a few basic sections: a services description, a price list, a blog section, a team description, a photo gallery, and more. The website was also intended to enable patients to make an appointment with a specific doctor.
Considering the complexity of the site (a rehabilitation center), the biggest challenge was to organize a large amount of content on the site, in a clear way. The client provided us with a lot of information, which we had to arrange, group, and divide into appropriate sections, according to the client’s criteria. Fortunately, for our experienced specialists, such a challenge was a piece of cake!
Development time
For this project, we used Lazysizes script which is a self-initializing lazy loader for images, widgets, iframes, and much more. It’s fast and SEO-friendly. What’s more, it prioritizes resources by distinguishing key elements in the view which affect faster performance. We also used the renowned Autoptimize performance plugin for the site, which includes many optimization features. Thanks to the technological solutions we implemented, the website works smoothly and quickly.
The result of our cooperation with Villa Medica is a smooth and transparent platform that can be used by current or potential patients of the rehabilitation center. A person navigating the website can quickly make an appointment with a specialist or obtain a handful of valuable knowledge from a trusted source!
