Deloitte Technology Fast 50 in Central Europe – Applover’s award

Deloitte Technology Fast 50 in Central Europe is a program that has honored the fastest growing technology companies in the region for over 20 years. Every year, 50 technology companies from both the public and private sectors receive Deloitte’s awards. It’s a great honor that Applover has joined them in 2020!

We always emphasized that the dynamic development and pursuit of our goals are incredibly important for us. Just over a year ago, our activities were noticed and awarded in the Rising Star Deloitte ranking. We were extremely proud of this title. Yet, we didn’t even think about slowing down the dynamic pace of development we had set. 

Thanks to our work, which consisted of a team of almost 60 top tech experts, Applover is more and more often noticed and recognized in international rankings. At the beginning of 2020, we have set ourselves many goals, which we consistently implement. We achieved one of them yesterday – a 24th spot in The Deloitte’s Technology Fast 50 in Central Europe ranking.

The Deloitte rankings

Last year Deloitte’s award was something big for us. However, we were already planning further projects and looking at the development paths for the dynamic growth over the next months. 

We were enlarging the team with excellent developers specializing in a dozen or so different technologies. They joined us along with Project Managers, marketing, HR, and sales experts. Undoubtedly, those actions improved our development pace. Thanks to that, the development of our new project – Bench by Applover was possible. It was one of the reasons for getting this year’s Deloitte award.

The Bench is our proprietary tool that helps in the difficult recruitment process in the IT industry. This idea has contributed to Applover’s significant development, achieving our goals, and taking advantage of a wide range of opportunities while developing the whole IT industry at the same time.

The tool works in a subscription model and supports building strictly specialized development teams, providing the client with appropriate technical skills and soft skills of the developers, which will fit perfectly in a specific project. Bench is based on Machine Learning algorithms. It is the first tool developed on such a large scale. We are proud to have delivered a project that at the same time made the recruitment process much easier, contributed to the company’s development, and was awarded in the Deloitte ranking.

What are Applover’s plans for the future? 

Today, many of our plans are directly related to the further development of Bench. One of the highest priorities for us is to extend the developer database. At the same time, we want to improve the application so that it meets our partners, customers, and developers’ goals as much as possible. 

Besides, we plan to be listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange within a few years. At the same time, we want to further develop our proprietary technology projects. We also want to enlarge the team, not only on-site in Wrocław, and we plan to maintain a growth rate of 50% + for the coming years.
