We were approached by CFPS, which needed a reliable mobile application for card payments and bank transfers. They had previously worked with an unreliable vendor that failed to deliver on time, lacked communication, and could not handle integrations with other vendors. As a result, CFPS was looking for leaders who could provide guidance, structure and effectively manage the project. Our team delivered a solution that met their needs and enabled them to streamline their payment processes.

The challenge

The integration with the bank was the most challenging aspect of developing the mobile application for CFPS. It required a large team to be assembled quickly, with a fast implementation that required comprehensive leadership, guidance, and management. Our team was able to deliver on these needs and successfully integrate the bank, resulting in a streamlined payment process for CFPS.

In the development of the CFPS mobile application, our team utilized the Kafka library to facilitate integration with the bank. Rather than breaking the solution into two separate technologies, we used Flutter to rapidly reach a broad user base. This approach enabled us to deliver a streamlined payment process that met the needs of CFPS and its customers.

The Outcome

We successfully integrated the CFPS mobile application with the bank, outboarding system, and card system, enabling users to make transfers. The minimum viable product (MVP) was completed, meeting the needs of CFPS and allowing for accelerated development. Throughout the project, we provided regular reports, a dedicated project manager and QA team, Jira work, team structure, and a fully operational team, all delivered transparently.
