Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in IT company (at a software company or startup) in the similar/ sales/ business representative position
  • Fluent English (C1)
  • Experience in selling software services and technology consulting,
  • Experience in participating in meetings and presentations to win new clients,
  • Experience in negotiating contracts and detailed terms of cooperation,
  • A can-do attitude,
  • A great interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills,​
  • Knowladge of how to prioritize tasks
  • Being able to make decisions and work under time pressure

Responsibilities:

  • Acquiring new clients in the IT industry on the International market and initiating first contact. Conducting phone calls, correspondence, and meetings with potential clients (in Polish and English).,
  • Maintaining relations and close cooperation with clients and  IT service providers,
  • Participating actively in sales, pre-sales and up-sales activities for business development,
  • Conducting financial negotiations
  • Preperating of contracts, offers, and commercial presentations. 
  • Implementating of sales plans. 
  • Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle 
  • Taking care of company image,
  • Participation in business conferences to connect and establish contact with prospective clients
