People
We planned to hire few more people and grow our team to around 50 specialist. Right now our 46 employees work from our Wrocław office. The original Applover HQ became too crowded so we started expanding our office space. By the end of December we’ve acquired additional 288 square meters, with two new floors in preparation. To help out our employes to grow, we’ve started a structural career paths program. Showing a clear way of promotion and enabling our personnel to wider their skill set by attending internal and external workshops and courses.
Resources
Financially we’ve been able to grow our revenue by 48% in comparison to last year. Applover has also entered new markets by acquiring clients from United Kingdom and Saudi Arabia. However, this year was also successful for our US branch – Applover Inc. This year’s revenue reached 100% of growth compared to 2018.
Projects
This year was also crucial as we started to build our own product with cooperation with NCBR and Czysta.vc, two international Venture Capital Funds. Product is designed to resolve recruitment issue in the IT industry. Project is set for release in late 2020.
Awards
In mid october Deloitte has acknowledged us as a #13 Tech company in Rising Star Category in it’s 2019 Ranking. You can read more about it here. The same month we’ve been featured as one of Top B2B companies in Poland by Clutch. Therefore, Applover is now a proud owner of Clutch Leader badge.
What we’ve missed?
Unfortunately, we weren’t able to achieve one of our top goals for the sales department – opening an office in Berlin.
Goals for 2020.
- 70 people team
- New Devs Office in Poland
- More awards
